After reading Mary lou's blog today and her reference to our fine Arkansas quarter, I realized that it's been a pretty long time since I mentioned the merits of one of my favorite repair tools. Duct tape has a top spot in my home and office tool kit and I store it right beside a can of WD40 and that old high heel shoe that I use for a hammer when my other hammer has walked off again. You can also,,,
Patch ripped clothing.
Hide unsightly wallpaper seams.
Repair broken hoses
Repair broken fan belt.
Use as art medium.
Taping annoying people to walls, floor, ceiling, or bed.
Use to pull out unsightly hair. Why bother with waxing...
Mute function for humans.
Can be used in place of handcuffs. (see reference to hair removal)
Remove lint from clothes.
Hold on toupees.
Poor man's Viagra - two Popsicle sticks and duct tape.
