Busy Day

I woke up at 7:30 this morning, told my bladder to hold on, then rolled over and went back to sleep for another hour before I got up and sat around for a bit sipping my coffee. As soon as my eyes were open enough I went into town to get the things I'd forgotten yesterday and then we spent most of the rest of the day outdoors with PopPop as he made a fine bbq.

It's been one of those days for jacket on,,jacket off,,jacket on,,,jacket off, nice enough when there was not a bitey breeze but when it did blow a bit, you needed something on your arms. It didn't keep the kiddies from having a great time though or us from enjoying a nice day outside.

Hey Brenda from Arkansas who moved away and back and away and back. I'm Only from Arkansas and I, too, have moved away and back and away and back. Yesterday, in NWArkansas where I live, my grandson and granddad cleaned the patio of our little town house, we live here during the week and some weekends and in the river valley during holidays and weekends. I'm in graduate school, PhD, and we have this place so I can be close to my university, the one with the big pig. HA. You have cute grandchildren. I only have two, two boys. I am trying to get custody of the baby. It's an ordeal. I am also going to have WLS anyday, as soon as my blood gets right. I have a disease called pernicious anemia, meaning they don't know what causes it. Just started my new blog and thought, I'd check out a few people and make some friends, who knows, maybe it'll turn into a lasting friendship.
Beautiful pictures.

Oh by the way, I'm 51 too. Just turned in Jan. Check out my blog. It's a diamond in the ruff but someday it will shine, or so that is my dream. Mostly I write about this weight thing, but soon, I will expand to other topics.

I think your weather's a lot more spring like than ours.

Wonderful pictures. Thanks.

Maybe we'll have a bit of that no jacket weather soon. Even if it's just a little.
