We left home for the drive to the tournament at 7:30 this morning and soon after our arrival at the ball field we had a downpour. So we waited, and waited, and waited, until we finally played their scheduled 10 a.m. game at 3:45 p.m. Thirty minutes after the end of that game they started another and made it 3/4 of the way thorough and it was called due to lightning (although the rain hadn't made it still when we left the field). We just got home and back we go tomorrow.
Nanny is tired.

I know those are long, long days, Brenda. But I'm a thousand miles from home and I would rather be having one of those long days than be here. Hang in there!
