Frustrated, Flustered, and Aggravated

Zach's lost most of his colored markers again (I've bought new ones 3 times since September) so instead of looking behind or in furniture, or digging through that junk pile in his closet, he decides he'll help himself to as many of my NEW gel pens as he can cram into his pocket this morning. I didn't discover this until he was stepping on the bus so I won't be able to tie him to a pole and torture him until he gets home this afternoon. I also won't be doing any scrapbooking or card making today as I previously thought I might.

How do I make this kid understand that it's not right to "borrow" things that don't belong to him? He seems to think anything in this house is his to use or destroy as he sees fit.

Then there's The Man. The one with the big, fat, mushed toe. The one who won't stay put for very long with it elevated (like he's supposed to), and then wonders why it's still bleeding through the bandage and throbbing like the dickens. The one who'll decide he wants a snack, after I've asked him several times if he needs something, so hobbles into the kitchen to fry ham and an egg but undoubtedly is in too much pain to clean up his mess.

I feel like kicking something!

Sis,
Keep an eye on James' toe. There is alot of staf infection coming out of the hospitals these days. They have a big problem with it up here. You'd think they would be getting a hold on it by now. Tell Zack that I might have to come down and kick his butt if he doesn't do better.

Love you,
paula

This is why I had to hide my stuff for art class. And remind James that if he has to back to the doctor because he won't do what he's supposed to do, it's going to cost extra $$. Maybe that will keep his butt in the chair.

Don't ya know, it's a male thing?! lol Oh dear, I can just imagine how frustrated you are with Zach always "borrowing" things...hopefully he'll get it in his head sooner than later that he can't keep doing that. As for the Big Man...all I can say is GOOD LUCK!! hehe xox

PS- Make Sure you put that "innocent" look on your face when he approaches you!!
And Tell Hubby to GoSitDown!! Tell him people loose their toes all the time because they can not heal with all the pressure being forced downward on the toe, while he's walking around! That pressure keeps the wound open!....LOL...tell him, I Said!hughugs
