You Know What?

Blogspot gives me hives, that's what!

I've been in Microsoft Front Page for days trying to tweak templates to my satisfaction (mainly just changing out the graphics)and it's a pain in the pass when blogger won't let you publish the changes without trying over, and over, and over again to do so! But ok, it's done now, so whatdaya think?

I've sure been missing my visits to all my blog buds lately. There doesn't seem to be enough time in the day (or night) to do the things I want to do most. Wrestling with Zach through homework, even though he's partaking of the school program that's supposed to aid in that, has begun to take over most every waking moment. Even if he's not present, I'm thinking about what I need to be doing to help him and I think the time has come for me to search out some folks I trust to retest him for the ADD and see what we need to do.

Well the laundry awaits and I think I need a nap (I need a lot more of those than I get lately). Hope ya'll are having a great day!

I like the new look! And I know what you mean about blogger. I hate it when I have a post nicely typed out and then trying to post it only to have it "lose" my post! Argh!

Hey girl, love the new look! I like lots of colour. Sounds like you have your hands full with Zach. Testing sounds like a good idea. I hope you find someone soon! Hang in there, school will be out before you no it!

We need more hours in the day. Or less children running around.

Both of my sons were at one time in special programs. Tanner for remedial math and Dylan for speech. The school district was great in helping us. Quite honestly, they were life-savers.

Hey, it looks nice in here!
I wish I had the time to play around with learning this stuff, but just updating my blog seems to take a week lately! Yes, I seem to be too busy too. I miss y'all, and will get back to blogging more later.

Looks good.

This homework thing is a bummer. Isn't there any real help you can get from the school system? So far, they're not playing fair.

The template looks great! I wish I still was able to fritz around with mine, but like you, there's hardly time to turn around lately.
We've been down the ADD road with my youngest. It's a bumpy ride, isn't it?

I like it a lot, Brenda. You have such a flair for this. It's fun changing things around, isn't it? And unlike rearranging the living room furniture, no one stubs their toe in the middle of the night.

Like most teachers, you're seriously underpaid for all you're doing.

You know, when I first learned one of my nieces was bringing home homework I think I threw a fit. She was (she's much older now) in the third grade. I never had homework till I was in 6th grade and going to the "big" school. Little kids should be allowed to be little kids. Their whole waking day should not be about school. Learning is great but the brain needs a break you know.
