Day 6

We're finally seeing some fall colors around here. This old barn sits down in a little valley, one of the few in our area since we are mostly flat until you get to Crowley's Ridge.

I took this cause I thought they were pretty.

Jerri called last night to tell me about the Bean's latest antic. It seems she decided the bucket that was used for storing her blocks would make a good hat. It got stuck on her head and it took several minutes of struggle to get it off. Bubbie had decided to try to cut the plastic handle but Jerri gave it one more push and finally got it off. I expect that trick was worth several more gray hairs.

Ha! That's soooo funny. :)

I would love to see what that barn looked like in its day. It's a big one and I bet it was beautiful. :D

Such great pictures!! Love it about Jilly; she's a card, that one. We've got a beans here ya know, probably wouldn't be a good idea to get them together. :)

Up here in New England we still have some bright leaves, but they are starting to come off the trees.

What is it with kids putting their heads in things? I remember doing it as a kid, but haven't the faintest recollection why...
