This was taken in June. A tractor was preparing this field for planting late soybeans in front of the house. The dust and the position of the sun made this hazy shot look spectacular.
An early morning shot of the morning glory on my deck. I love how the sunlight is just barely touching the blooms.
I love this picture of Beans that I took a couple of years ago. She was pretending to sleep in the shade.
I had to visit the past for photos for this Lighting Challenge. While I've taken a few photos over the past couple of weeks, I wasn't in shape enough to get any that I was satisfied with for the challenge.
I know there will be some amazing shots to be seen over at the Photo Challenge Blog so please go over and visit and click the links to see them.

I think that first shot is my favorite Brenda. You really feel the lazy, hazy days of summer. All wonderful!
Beautiful shots. That first is gorgeous and the last is too adorable.

Beautiful! LOL, little Beans looks like she is recharging her batteries. I love all of these, but perhaps the morning glory is my favorite. The early morning light makes it glow!

very nice pix --
the beans shot "pretending' to sleep. my fave. of course-- not only is she beautiful... the shot makes me think of something my soulman does when he seeks attention. haha-- yes -- a grown man-- they all have their ways...
he plays asleep -- in seek of " awww, he's sleepin"... he opens his eyes with a great big smile every time". but -- if you 'ignore him' in order to 'let him sleep'? he 'wakes up' disappointed... and feeling ignored, and invisible.
can't win with the guy.
no lettin sleepin dogs lie round here. haha.
seems he's find some other way to get attention eh?
anyhow next time beans plays asleep--- say that "awww she's sleepin" -- it'll make her day ! :))
happy saturday pal-- i do hope you are feelin better by the day-
Her name is Beans, cool! She's cute and she knows how to pose while asleep, okay pretending she's asleep. LOL! The colors of the flowers are very vibrant, I like them all!
