BASSET HOUND UPDATE

No one was sure of the pups name so I'm thinking that Alexis named him. Jerri just sent an email with this update:

Well Mr. Elvis Austin Mallard has made himself right at home IN THE HOUSE! He is too funny. We brought him home bathed him and scrubbed those nasty ears! Got the few fleas off that he did have and he decided that Alexis' lap was the place to be! I told her we could try him one night in the house...he came to me barked a lazy deep bark and went out to pee and poop..GOOD DOG! 13 years and Bugs still won't do that, LOL. He hates the goat and the goat hates him. The kittens are not real fond of him but he doesn't take any interest in them at all. He bugs the shit out of Bugs though..he wants to play and she wants him to go play in the highway, LOL!

Well, good luck to you with Elvis Austin Mallard. It sounds like he's made a good start for being in the house!

The little girls are just so cute. Good luck also with that passy control. It's not always an easy thing for a little one to do.

The mental picture comes to me of Bugs wanting someone to throw a ball for Elvis Austin Mallard - to the middle of the highway. :) Too funny about the bad passie fairy - those passie fairys are so sneaky. ec

I think a schnauzer would fit right in with that group. I'd even pay shipping!! Love the name. :)
