The kids did a little fishing, did a little playing, and did a whole lot of swimming. The adults kept an eagle eye out and sat around enjoying the lovely day. ( Nanaw looks and feels a tad like a crispy critter right now). We had an easy lunch of sandwiches, cookies, and cantalope, and some cool drinks. It was a wonderful day!

We have predicted snow warnings for the next couple of weeks. I don't see many trips to the ol' swimmin' hole in my future, which is just as well. I don't look nearly so cute in a swimsuit.
To be a child and relive those kind of days:-) My whole summers used to be spent swimming...we had a camp with a beach and mom swore I was going to turn into a prune by the end of summer because I was always in the water! lol The kids really look like they're having a great time...love all the pictures:-) xox
