James's mother made pear preserves and peach marmalade last summer. I thought they made a pretty picture sitting there side by side.

I had planned on taking a picture of my bowl of peaches and berries that I've been having for breakfast every morning but by the time I thawed the fruit just right, and sprinkled the equal on it just so,,,I couldn't wait to take the time to get the camera to shoot it before eating it. Sorry about that.

    yum the pear preserves and peach marmalade sound delicious. My aunt does a lot of stuff like that, I've always wanted to try it but never have. Looked like too much work to me.

    The marmalade looks delicious. I may try a crack at it this year. Last year I did strawberry preserves that turned out pretty good.

    Oh YUM on those preserves! Great job on showing us all this wonderful fruit! I know what you mean about being impatient with the subject matter. DH was hounding me to take a picture of the canteloupe because he wanted to cut into it, LOL! And I ate the banana right after it got its picture taken.
