Sky Watch Friday

Hot, July, Mississippi Delta Sunset

This is my first Sky Watch Friday and I'm not real sure if I'm doing what I'm supposed to be cause,

I don't know if I'm supposed to be taking a photo of the sky as it currently looks (which this isn't)
if it's supposed to be what the sky looks like on Friday (which it also isn't), but I think I am supposed to post my photo Thursday so that it will appear for those who live where it's already, or almost, Friday.

Does any of that make any sense? I sure hope someone will have mercy on me and try to explain things to me in "blond terms" so that I will be as knowledgeable as everyone else,,,,maybe. :-)

You post whenever the blog accepts posts. Usually at 7:30 PM Great Britain time. 11:30 AM Pacific Time. You don't have to post a photo you took that day or on a Friday. You post a sky picture you took that you like. There aren't any skywatch police that I know of
    :0)
this is a great photo you captured. have fun...
Oh and I don't make the rules, I just like to pretend like I know everything...

As for your Sky Watch picture .. you did well... and as for telling you the 'blond' way.. ha! My Jane is blond so I'm here to explain.
POst a picture with some sky in.. even if it is just a touch in the back ground...then at 07.30BST GMT...you can put your name and blog link on the new sky watch post.. you need to do this each week... the only we ask is if you could visit a few others.. as many as you can with out it taking up to much of your time or it stopping you from enjoying it... have fun, spread some smiles and enjoy the comments your picture will bring... You posted perfectly this week.. and you are very welcome to post again and again...

  53. Hi Brenda, Happy Skywatching! I'm pretty new and you can see that 54 comments will take a little your time if you answer and look at eachs' blogs.
This was my third Skywatch, it is fun. If you get your name towards the top of the list and early, more people 'just come look.'
Partly it depends on how much you want to do, I hit 47 once and it was a good thing the weather outside was bad so I could stay in and blog.
I like your sun, it is a prety sunset/sunrise. My airplane view of the clouds over Texas were a couple of weeks old also. Thank you for visiting.

  54. That's a gorgeous photograph for skywatch. This was my first week too and I appreciated your visit to Carver Cards. I had to laugh at your next post about fornicating bugs. I did one of those on my other blog (not the one I do skywatch on) a week ago for photohunters, except I called it a pas de deux. My grown daughter commented, mom I think they are um mating. My reaction was gee honey I never would have thought of that.
